All orders are shipped from France with UPS. Pricing will be calculated upon check out depending on your territory.

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order, upon placement (MON-FRI). Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday, over the weekend and/or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 3 business days – excluding standard shipping times.

France: Each order will be delivered within 2-3 business days maximum.

Europe: Each order will be delivered within 2-6 business days maximum.

United Kingdom: Each order will be delivered within 4-5 business days maximum.

* We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to shipping restrictions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders will be dispatched with a tracking number that you will receive via e-mail. A signature will be required upon delivery.
You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier’s website. If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact our team at info@agaiyaofficial.com.

CUSTOMS, DUTY & TAXES​​

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties as well as tax charges upon the arrival of your parcel. PLEASE NOTE AGAIYA does not cover any additional duties, customs, or taxes applied to orders. These charges do vary between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details should you have any further questions or queries.

RETURN POLICY

All sales on AGAIYAOFFICIAL.COM are final. If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to email us at info@agaiyaofficial.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

In the event you receive an item that you believe is faulty (i.e. received damaged or defect), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. Please send and email to info@agaiyaofficial.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
